So congratulations to you. My name is Will Black.

 

I'm a Payment Processing Specialist and a Strategic Sales Advisor. I'm based in the Savannah Georgia area. And I'll spend about 10 minutes here giving you a detailed overview on exactly how this exciting new program works and then we can potentially connect at a later time.

 

Due to recent legislation, Sharing The Credit's legally vetted program can help your business support a charity you love and, in eligible states, possibly eliminate up to 95% of your credit card processing fees.

 

By eliminating these fees alone, you can dramatically increase the profitability of your business.

 

Here at Sharing The Credit, my group and I help business owners eliminate credit card fees so that you can invest in growth, scale your business and realize more profit.

 

But we don’t just stop there. At the end of each month, we send the Bank’s share of any remaining credit card fees to the charity of your choice.

 

So, how does this all work?

 

Well, the Sharing The Credit program is a way for you as a merchant to offset some or all of your current merchant service fees without increasing your overall rates.

 

It is a method of implementing a small service fee to all customers while giving a discount to those who pay with cash, otherwise known as cash discount.

 

This is all about increasing your total revenue without any additional cost to you.

 

Now, this has all been legally vetted due to the Durbin Amendment of the Dodd-Frank Financial Reform Act.

 

This program is now available in most states. And all the documentation is available from the FTC, from the Federal Register, and there's also a federal legislation ovary as well. But there's a way to do this and a way not to do this, to keep it compliant, and we'll talk about that here over the next few minutes as well.

 

So here's a quick little tour of how this works.

 

Depending on the kind of business that you are, you basically can structure a cash discount program with your business that tells customers that there is a discount
available if they pay in cash. So that becomes an option.

 

Once they check out, if they check out with a credit card, the terminal automatically adds a fee at the point of sale for credit card transactions. So there's a small processing fee.

 

Essentially those fees are being passed onto the customer and they're very small.

 

And each service fee collected goes towards covering that month's processing fees.The service fee we set for our clients is 4%.

 

So, it's really a simple process, but there's a slight change in the way that you charge and bill your customers.

 

Now we'll talk in a minute about how to properly disclose this, it's very simple to do, and you'd be shocked at how few even care or notice this in any way.

 

But here's the big question for you and that a lot of really smart business owners are asking themselves, why should I pay credit card fees for my customers to buy my
products and services?

 

In years past, it's sort of been just an automatic thing that we do. Now we're starting to see quite a lot of business owners drawing a line in the sand and making this an option.

 

So the answer would be, "I no longer have to if a customer does not want to pay these small processing fees. I can simply offer them a discount if they pay with cash.” That's been a huge business model shift, and a big profitability boost.

 

What I want to do right now is I want to show you exactly how we calculate this for business owners and how we can do an audit and an analysis for you as well.

 

We work with a lot of car dealerships, cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, liquor stores, spas, and gyms. But you don't have to be that kind of a business, but those are just some examples of where our program has been implemented.

 

So let’s say you came to us and told us your monthly credit card billings were $72,000,from 400 transactions per month.

 

And from that, the processing fees for your business were about $2,500 each month.

 

Now, let's assume the business owner said, "You know what, I'm tired of paying these fees. I want to eliminate them all together and let's take a look at what that looks like."

 

So again, 72,000 per month in billing, approximately 400 transactions, 2,500 a month in fees. And here's what the breakdown would look like for them.

 

They'd be saving $2,400 per month. That's a lot of money for most businesses. That's almost $30,000 per year. And it's that simple and it's that clean.

 

But it doesn’t stop there.

 

Don’t forget that we contribute the bank’s share of any remaining fees to a charity you love.

 

So your business saves money on fees, and most of any remaining fees goes toward supporting a good cause.

 

That’s why we call it the Sharing The Credit Program. We’ve already given away $1 million to charity instead of the big banks. We’re on track to donate $10 million to charity by the end of 2022.
