Leverage Your Expertise

It’s important as business owners that we’re constantly thinking about the dynamic economic environment we’re working in. We should consider ways that we can adapt what we offer in a different way so we can engage more people and just have more business offerings and we’ll draw in more clients.
Many of you are seasoned business owners and entrepreneurs and you’ve gone through the past few months adapting to all of these challenges or you’ve completely transitioned and started to offer something else, whatever that is. You have leveraged your experience and you’ve built that experience to a level where you can adapt and you can provide some different things to your clients in a way that we can do that.
Further your knowledge and provide more value to your clients by utilizing these tips to leverage your expertise.

1) Deepen commitment to your brand
Consumers spend money with people – not services. When a client already invests in your business, they show trust in you. You can leverage your relationship by providing an online resource to add value to your clients. You deepen commitment to your brand and ensure return and referral service.
There are many problems out there to be solved and many different issues to be solved. You as a business owner can solve problems, but also create your own approach toward solving the problems. You have your own expertise and knowledge that people do not have because your experience as an entrepreneur and your experience just in the realm of your business is unique. What you can provide is something that is a unique approach to help other people get through those problems. We all have this expertise, whether it be experience or education or a combination of both. We are at a level where we can provide our service, but also be mentors and provide some sort of educational value. Your customers will come back to you for a return service. When you deepen this connection, provide a little bit of extra online education or online resources, such as a video of you telling them how to solve the problem at home, you give your clients some agency to do it on their own. Become the teacher.

2) Differentiate your business
A branded online program or course for your business will set you ahead of your competition. In the age where businesses must have an online presence, a directed program becomes your ‘digital business card.’ People get to know you and your service to help create trust before you even meet.
When you package your expertise and your knowledge into a consumable digital transferable and scalable product, that enables you to reach a larger audience. It also differentiates you from the competition that you may have, whether it’s local or online. All of these elements are so critical in today’s age. Now that every business is forced to be online and to have some sort of online presence, it’s important to think about how we stand out in this crowded community. A way to do that is to leverage your expertise by putting together something that is uniquely yours. You solve those problems and really help differentiate your business from your competitors and give people reasons to shop with you, rather than to shop from the next person. Differentiating your business is all that this is all about right now. We’re in the digital world. People and communities are online. Our digital business card nowadays is sending your video and sending your program explanation. Make those part of the brand that you provide and the service that you provide; it will differentiate you from your competition. It will also give you the ability to reach new people and start creating that trust that is so critical when it comes to getting new clients and to reduce that time that you spend attracting new clients.

People are yearning for information and yearning for solutions to their problems if you have any questions. I would love to chat with you about my new program: The Expertise Project. If you’ve ever thought about reaching a larger audience with your knowledge, this is for you. Transforming your favorite class into a product helps expand your influence and create an additional stream of income. Join today and have your digital course ready to be sold by 2021.
